FlightsMojo User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of flightsmojo.ae, flightsmojo.ph, flightsmojo.id, lk.flightsmojo.com, bd.flightsmojo.com, and any related websites, booking platforms, mobile applications, customer support services, content, products, and services operated by FLIGHTS MOJO FZCO (“FlightsMojo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This Agreement establishes the rules, responsibilities, conditions, and obligations applicable to users of our websites and services.

This Agreement should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, airline fare rules, supplier conditions, and any additional policies that may apply to specific bookings or services.

By accessing, browsing, registering for, communicating through, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.

FlightsMojo operates as an online travel agency and booking intermediary that facilitates flight reservations through airlines, reservation systems, airline consolidators, and travel suppliers located in various jurisdictions.

FlightsMojo is not an airline, aircraft operator, airport operator, transportation provider, or travel carrier.

The transportation services purchased through our platform are provided by independent airlines and suppliers whose policies and conditions govern the actual travel service.

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

By using FlightsMojo, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least eighteen years of age;
• You have legal authority to enter into contracts;
• You are using the services for legitimate travel purposes;
• All information supplied by you is accurate and complete;
• You will comply with this Agreement and applicable laws.

FlightsMojo reserves the right to refuse access, suspend accounts, restrict services, or cancel bookings where these requirements are not satisfied.

Certain features of FlightsMojo may require the creation of a user account.

When creating an account, users agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to maintain the accuracy of such information.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials;
• Restricting unauthorized access to accounts;
• Monitoring account activity;
• Updating account information when necessary;
• Notifying FlightsMojo immediately of unauthorized access or suspected security breaches.

Any activity conducted through a user's account shall be deemed to have been performed by the account holder unless otherwise demonstrated.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard account credentials.

FlightsMojo grants users a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the services solely for personal and lawful travel purposes.

Users agree not to:

• Use the services in violation of applicable laws;
• Provide false or misleading information;
• Create speculative, duplicate, or fraudulent bookings;
• Attempt to manipulate pricing systems;
• Circumvent security controls;
• Interfere with website functionality;
• Upload malicious software or code;
• Access systems without authorization;
• Harvest or collect information relating to other users;
• Use automated systems, bots, crawlers, or scraping tools without authorization;
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

FlightsMojo reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the booking process is accurate, complete, and current.

By making a booking, users represent and warrant that:

• Passenger information is accurate;
• Names exactly match travel documents;
• Travelers possess required passports and visas;
• Travelers satisfy entry requirements;
• The booking is lawful and authorized;
• Fare rules and restrictions have been reviewed.

FlightsMojo relies on information supplied by customers and shall not be responsible for losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided during the booking process.

By using FlightsMojo and providing contact information, users consent to receive communications electronically.

Such communications may include:

• Booking confirmations;
• Electronic tickets;
• Flight updates;
• Service notifications;
• Customer support responses;
• Security alerts;
• Legal notices;
• Policy updates.

Users acknowledge that electronic communications satisfy legal requirements that communications be provided in writing.

Users remain responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and ensuring their ability to receive communications from FlightsMojo.

Users may voluntarily submit:

• Reviews;
• Feedback;
• Suggestions;
• Testimonials;
• Comments;
• Inquiries;
• Customer experience information.

By submitting such content, users grant FlightsMojo a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise utilize such content for operational, analytical, promotional, and business purposes.

Users represent and warrant that:

• They possess the necessary rights to submit the content;
• The content is accurate;
• The content does not violate laws;
• The content does not infringe third-party rights;
• The content is not defamatory, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful.

FlightsMojo reserves the right to remove, edit, refuse, or moderate content at its sole discretion.

The FlightsMojo websites and all associated content, software, databases, graphics, trademarks, service marks, logos, text, images, booking technologies, designs, source code, and materials are owned by or licensed to FlightsMojo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited license to access and use the services solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Except as expressly permitted by law, users may not copy, reproduce, publish, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, create derivative works, commercially exploit, or resell content or services without prior written authorization from FlightsMojo.

No ownership rights are transferred through use of the services.

FlightsMojo strives to maintain reliable access to its websites and services.

However, availability may occasionally be affected by:

• Scheduled maintenance;
• Software updates;
• Security enhancements;
• Technical failures;
• Third-party service interruptions;
• Reservation system outages;
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

FlightsMojo does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, secure, or error-free operation of its services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the services at any time without prior notice.

FlightsMojo actively monitors transactions and user activity to identify and prevent:

• Fraudulent activity;
• Payment abuse;
• Unauthorized transactions;
• Identity theft;
• Security threats;
• Unlawful conduct.

FlightsMojo reserves the right to:

• Verify customer identities;
• Request supporting documentation;
• Suspend accounts;
• Refuse transactions;
• Delay ticket issuance;
• Cancel bookings;
• Restrict website access.

FlightsMojo may cooperate with airlines, payment providers, financial institutions, fraud prevention agencies, law enforcement authorities, and regulatory bodies in connection with investigations involving suspected fraud or unlawful activity.

FlightsMojo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to services where we reasonably believe that:

• This Agreement has been violated;
• Fraudulent activity has occurred;
• Security has been compromised;
• False information has been provided;
• Legal obligations require action;
• Continued access presents risk to FlightsMojo, suppliers, partners, or other users.

Termination shall not affect rights, liabilities, or obligations that accrued prior to termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlightsMojo's websites, services, and content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

FlightsMojo makes no representation or warranty regarding:

• Continuous service availability;
• Accuracy of third-party information;
• Availability of travel products;
• Freedom from interruptions or errors;
• Suitability for any particular purpose.

Users acknowledge that FlightsMojo relies upon information supplied by airlines, suppliers, reservation systems, government authorities, and third-party service providers.

Any reliance on information obtained through FlightsMojo is at the user's own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlightsMojo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of the websites or services.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• Website outages;
• Technical failures;
• Third-party information errors;
• User mistakes;
• Unauthorized account access;
• Security incidents beyond reasonable control;
• Airline or supplier actions;
• Travel disruptions;
• Schedule changes;
• Flight cancellations.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, FlightsMojo's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid directly to FlightsMojo in connection with the relevant booking.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlightsMojo, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, partners, and agents from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Use of the services;
• Violation of this Agreement;
• Violation of applicable laws;
• Infringement of third-party rights;
• Information or content submitted by the user.

This obligation survives termination of this Agreement.

FlightsMojo may revise this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in business practices, technology, legal requirements, industry standards, or service offerings.

Updated versions will be published on the applicable website together with the revised effective date.

Continued use of the services following publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, the websites, or the services provided by FlightsMojo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive objections relating to venue or forum to the extent permitted by law.
