These Terms establish the legal relationship between you and FlightsMojo and set out the conditions under which our services are made available.
By accessing our websites, creating an account, searching for travel products, making a reservation, communicating with our customer support team, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, User Agreement, airline fare rules, supplier conditions, and any additional terms that may apply to specific bookings or services.
FlightsMojo reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on the applicable website. Continued use of the services following publication constitutes acceptance of such changes.

FlightsMojo operates as an online travel agency and travel technology platform that facilitates reservations between customers and independent travel suppliers.
FlightsMojo provides booking and reservation services for flights offered by airlines and travel suppliers operating worldwide.
FlightsMojo is not an airline, carrier, airport operator, transportation provider, aircraft operator, or travel service provider.
The actual transportation services purchased through our platform are provided by independent airlines and suppliers whose terms, conditions, policies, fare rules, and conditions of carriage govern the travel service.
When you make a booking through FlightsMojo, your contract for transportation is with the airline or supplier responsible for operating the flight.

Where a booking includes multiple passengers, the person making the reservation confirms that they have obtained the consent and authority of all travelers included within the booking.
FlightsMojo reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, request verification, or cancel reservations where these requirements are not satisfied.
The availability of flights displayed through our platform does not constitute a guarantee that the itinerary remains available for purchase.
Airline inventory, seat availability, fares, taxes, fees, and surcharges are controlled by airlines and reservation systems and may change without notice.
When you submit a booking request, FlightsMojo will attempt to secure the requested travel arrangements based upon the information provided.
A booking shall not be considered confirmed until:
FlightsMojo cannot guarantee that a booking request will be successful and shall not be responsible for supplier inventory changes occurring before confirmation.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during the booking process is accurate, complete, and consistent with the travel documents that will be used during travel.

Many airlines maintain strict rules regarding name corrections after ticket issuance. Even minor spelling errors may require ticket cancellation and rebooking.
FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for denied boarding, additional charges, cancellation fees, loss of ticket value, or other losses arising from inaccurate information supplied by customers.
Flights displayed on our platform are sourced from airlines, reservation systems, and suppliers.
Although FlightsMojo makes reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur due to:

Government taxes, airport fees, fuel surcharges, and similar assessments may change between booking and travel and may be passed on to customers where permitted.

To protect customers, suppliers, and financial systems from fraud, FlightsMojo may conduct additional verification procedures before ticket issuance.
Such procedures may include requests for:
FlightsMojo reserves the right to delay ticket issuance, decline transactions, suspend bookings, or cancel reservations where requested verification information is not provided or where suspicious activity is detected.
Electronic tickets are issued subject to successful payment processing, supplier acceptance, fraud verification procedures, and confirmation from the relevant airline or reservation system.
Customers should not make irreversible travel arrangements until a booking confirmation and electronic ticket have been received.
Upon receipt of a booking confirmation, customers must review all itinerary details carefully and immediately notify FlightsMojo of any discrepancies.
FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for losses arising from a customer's failure to review booking documentation promptly.
It is solely the responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they possess all documentation necessary for travel.

FlightsMojo does not provide immigration advice and cannot guarantee entry into any country.
Any denial of boarding, refusal of entry, deportation, detention, quarantine, or travel disruption resulting from insufficient documentation shall remain the sole responsibility of the traveler.
All flight bookings remain subject to the fare conditions, conditions of carriage, policies, procedures, and operational requirements established by the airline responsible for operating the flight.
Each airline maintains its own rules regarding:
Airline rules vary significantly between carriers and fare classes. Certain discounted, promotional, special, negotiated, or restricted fares may carry substantial limitations and may not permit changes, cancellations, or refunds.
By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that you are bound by the conditions imposed by the airline operating the flight in addition to these Terms.
FlightsMojo cannot override airline fare rules, modify airline policies, or compel an airline to approve requests that are inconsistent with its published conditions.
Requests to modify an existing booking are subject to airline fare rules, supplier restrictions, seat availability, ticket conditions, and operational limitations applicable at the time the request is made.
Not all bookings are eligible for modification.
Where changes are permitted, customers may be required to pay:
The amount payable may vary depending upon the fare purchased, the timing of the request, and the availability of alternative flights.
FlightsMojo cannot guarantee that a requested change will be approved by the airline or supplier.
Once a booking has been modified, the revised itinerary may become subject to a different set of fare rules, restrictions, and pricing conditions.
A voluntary cancellation occurs when a customer chooses to cancel a booking for personal reasons rather than as a result of airline disruption or cancellation.

Cancellation rights depend entirely upon the fare conditions applicable to the ticket purchased.
Many discounted, promotional, special, or negotiated fares are wholly non-refundable and may not provide any refund entitlement after booking confirmation.
Where cancellation is permitted, any refund may be reduced by:

All cancellation and refund requests remain subject to review and approval by the relevant airline or supplier in accordance with applicable fare rules.
FlightsMojo cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve a cancellation request or provide a refund.
An involuntary cancellation occurs where an airline cancels a flight, significantly modifies an itinerary, withdraws a route, suspends services, or otherwise prevents transportation from being provided as originally booked.
In such circumstances, the options available to customers are determined by the airline responsible for the disruption.
Depending upon airline policy, customers may be offered:
FlightsMojo will use reasonable efforts to assist customers in communicating with airlines and processing available options; however, the final decision regarding refunds, compensation, rebooking, or alternative transportation remains the responsibility of the airline.
FlightsMojo shall not be liable for losses arising from airline operational decisions, schedule changes, route withdrawals, equipment substitutions, supplier insolvency, or service disruptions.
Refund eligibility is determined primarily by the airline or supplier responsible for the booking.
FlightsMojo acts as an intermediary in the refund process and does not independently determine whether a refund should be approved.
Where a refund request is submitted, FlightsMojo will forward the request to the relevant supplier and assist in processing any refund that may be authorized.
Refund amounts may be affected by:
Refund processing times vary considerably and may depend upon airline procedures, banking institutions, card issuers, payment processors, fraud screening requirements, and operational factors beyond FlightsMojo's control.
While FlightsMojo will make reasonable efforts to facilitate approved refunds promptly, we do not guarantee any specific refund timeframe.
Customers acknowledge that refund processing may take several weeks and, in certain circumstances, significantly longer depending upon supplier procedures.
FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for delays caused by airlines, banks, payment processors, reservation systems, or other third parties involved in the refund process.
Failure to travel on a booked flight without obtaining an approved cancellation may result in the booking being classified as a no-show.
Many airlines automatically cancel remaining flight segments when a passenger fails to travel on an earlier segment within the same itinerary.
A no-show may result in:
No-show policies are established solely by the airline concerned.
FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for losses resulting from a passenger's failure to travel on a booked flight or comply with airline check-in and boarding requirements.
Airlines reserve the right to modify flight schedules, routes, departure times, arrival times, aircraft types, operating carriers, airports, stopovers, and other operational aspects of a journey at any time before departure.
Such changes may occur for a variety of reasons including:
FlightsMojo has no authority to control or prevent airline schedule changes and does not guarantee that flights will operate exactly as originally scheduled.
Where FlightsMojo receives notification of a schedule change from an airline, we will use reasonable efforts to communicate the change to the customer using the contact information provided during booking.
Customers remain responsible for monitoring their booking and confirming flight status directly with the airline before travel.
FlightsMojo shall not be liable for accommodation costs, transportation costs, missed connections, loss of earnings, loss of business opportunities, or other losses arising from airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, diversions, or operational disruptions.
Baggage allowances, excess baggage fees, carry-on restrictions, sporting equipment policies, pet transportation rules, seat selection options, meals, lounge access, priority boarding, and other ancillary services are determined exclusively by the airline or supplier responsible for the booking.
Airlines frequently apply different baggage rules depending upon route, fare class, cabin class, frequent flyer status, operating carrier, and destination.
Information displayed during the booking process is supplied by third parties and may be amended by airlines without notice.
Customers are responsible for verifying applicable baggage allowances and restrictions directly with the airline before travel.
FlightsMojo shall not be liable for baggage charges, excess baggage fees, denied carriage of baggage, damaged baggage, delayed baggage, lost baggage, or disputes relating to ancillary services provided by airlines or suppliers.
Claims relating to baggage must generally be submitted directly to the airline in accordance with applicable airline procedures.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable airline requirements, government regulations, immigration laws, customs rules, health requirements, security procedures, and travel restrictions applicable to their journey.

FlightsMojo shall not be responsible for denied boarding, missed flights, cancelled reservations, deportation, refusal of entry, quarantine requirements, or additional costs arising from a customer's failure to comply with travel requirements.
Customers acknowledge that airlines, immigration authorities, customs officials, airport operators, and government agencies maintain sole discretion regarding boarding, entry, transit, and travel eligibility decisions.
FlightsMojo is committed to maintaining a secure booking environment and protecting customers, suppliers, financial institutions, reservation systems, and business operations from fraudulent activity.
To achieve this objective, FlightsMojo reserves the right to conduct verification procedures before, during, or after a booking has been made.
Such procedures may include verification of:
FlightsMojo may delay, suspend, refuse, or cancel any booking where fraudulent activity is suspected, where information cannot be verified, or where we reasonably believe that a transaction presents an unacceptable level of risk.
Where appropriate, FlightsMojo may cooperate with airlines, payment processors, financial institutions, fraud prevention agencies, law enforcement authorities, regulatory bodies, and government agencies in connection with fraud investigations.
FlightsMojo shall not be liable for losses resulting from security measures reasonably implemented to protect customers, suppliers, reservation systems, or financial networks.
Customers are encouraged to contact FlightsMojo directly regarding any concerns relating to bookings, payments, refunds, or service issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through their card issuer, bank, payment gateway, digital wallet provider, or financial institution.
Where a customer initiates a chargeback relating to a valid booking, FlightsMojo reserves the right to provide booking records, supplier confirmations, payment records, correspondence, travel documentation, and other supporting information to the relevant financial institution in order to contest the dispute.
Customers acknowledge that chargebacks do not accelerate airline refund processing and may delay resolution where a refund request is already being processed through airline channels.
If a chargeback is initiated without valid grounds and results in financial loss to FlightsMojo, we reserve the right to recover reasonable administrative costs, collection costs, legal expenses, chargeback fees, and other losses incurred as a result of the dispute.
Nothing in this section limits customer rights relating to genuinely unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful transactions.
The websites, platforms, software, databases, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, text, images, booking technologies, source code, designs, and all other materials made available through FlightsMojo are owned by or licensed to FlightsMojo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the services solely for personal and non-commercial travel purposes.
Except as expressly permitted by law, users may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or scrape or harvest data from any portion of the websites or services without prior written consent from FlightsMojo.
No right, title, or ownership interest in any intellectual property is transferred through use of the services.
Unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlightsMojo's websites, services, content, booking platforms, and related systems are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
FlightsMojo makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, regarding:

While reasonable efforts are made to maintain accurate information, FlightsMojo cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of information supplied by third parties.
Any reliance placed upon information appearing on the websites is at the user's own risk.
FlightsMojo's role is limited to facilitating bookings between customers and independent travel suppliers.
Accordingly, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlightsMojo shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, delay, inconvenience, injury, claim, liability, or cost arising directly or indirectly from:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightsMojo's total aggregate liability arising from any booking, transaction, or use of the services shall not exceed the total amount paid directly to FlightsMojo in connection with the booking giving rise to the claim.

FlightsMojo shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, cancellation, or inability to perform obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute, claim, controversy, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the websites, the services, or any booking made through FlightsMojo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive objections relating to venue or forum to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Failure by FlightsMojo to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between FlightsMojo and the customer relating to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior discussions, communications, representations, understandings, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.
FlightsMojo may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, sale of assets, business transfers, or financing transactions.
Customers may not assign rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from FlightsMojo.
